Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase unless you have already accessed the subscriber content, in which case a pro-rata refund may apply at our discretion.
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at subscriptions@motownart.com with your order reference and the reason for your request. We will respond within five working days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cancellation window. You may cancel future renewals at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
